Responsibilities included providing consultative software services sales. Performed ‘full life-cycle’ sales including: territory planning, prospecting, qualification of opportunities, and account planning. Utilized cross-functional team, including technical peers through executive resources. Managed the entire sales cycle, including proposal and negotiation of license agreements, to ensure transactions were closed quickly, efficiently, and were of the highest ethical standards.
 
Manager, CSE Operations
    While providing product demonstrations as needed, additional responsibilities included tracking and managing indirect projects supporting the sales team. These projects involved managing demonstration databases (across products), created demonstration scripts (across products), worked with marketing to create automated demonstrations, designed functional architecture supporting scripted demonstrations and managed direct reports.
     
    Client Systems Engineer (CSE)
      In this prospect facing position, demonstrated Deltek Costpoint, BPM and Time, Expense and Employee Self Service products. Worked with sales team to qualify leads and assisted in determining sales strategy with a focus on "Customer Centric Selling".
       
      Project Manager/Managing Consultant
        Managed Costpoint implementation projects. Lead project teams, consisting of client employees and Deltek System Consultants, to engineer the structure of financial architecture that achieved stated business goals. Maintained responsibility for project by managing project timelines, providing team guidance and by selecting and utilizing subject matter experts, specialists and trainers that supported the project’s success.

          Assisted and managed clients in the implementation and utilization of Costpoint. Worked with clients to inform and suggest ways to optimize performance and efficiently structure business architecture. Subject matter expert in Multi-Currency and core Costpoint modules. Instructed both custom and standard Costpoint classes and trainings.
           
          ESD Senior System Designer
            Designed customizations, enhancements and interfaces in client server and web versions of Costpoint Areas of specialty including Multi-Currency, Multi-Company, Accounting, Consolidations and Projects. Worked closely with major international clients, assisting them with business architecture design to facilitate Multi-Company and Multi-Currency issues.

              As founding and managing partner in this small Springfield, VA accounting firm established and maintained all aspects of the practice from cradle to grave, until it was purchased by a larger practice. Responsibilities included business development, employee management, establishing and maintaining business and IT processes, financial advisory services, tax consulting, and practice management.
